Dive Site: Horseshoe

Location: Thetford Reef, Cairns

Description: Reef

Depth: 4 - 22 metres (13 - 72 feet)

Visibility: 15 - 20 metres (50 - 65 feet)

We started our dive at Horseshoe by heading out to the sand to see if we could see any sharks. There weren't any this time round but I did see a beautiful clownfish. Back on the reef I spotted a lizardfish and a large purple starfish. We ended the dive by doing a swim-through a 4 metres after which we came across a Maori wrasse.
