Dive Site: Porto Marie

Location: Southwest coast, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

Description: Two-sided valley

Depth: 20 - 25 metres (65 - 82 feet)

Visibility: 30 metres (100 feet)

This is a boat dive dropping into a two-sided valley, fantastic array of coral, with lots of cornetfish, angelfish and parrotfish, as well as schooling blue fish. Eagle rays are often seen as soon as you drop off the boat (of course not the day I dived) but we did see 2 turtles, swam with one (he was very nosy) and the second surfaced next to the boat.

Lots of shrimp and a very large lobster... a lovely relaxed dive.
