Location: Thakau Vatu Latha (Sail Rock Reef), 10 minutes northwest of Nananu-i-Ra

Description: Reef

Depth: 18 metres (60 feet)

Visibility: 15 - 20 metres (50 - 65 feet)

Bula as well as being the ubiquitous Fijian greeting also means life. I'm still not sure that I like the name of this site but it's been called it for several years now and it's a good dive regardless. Although it does have its fair share of gorgonian fans and dendronepthya this really isn't a soft coral dive. Divers come here for the swim-throughs, which vary in size from cavernous to claustrophobic and interlink to create a real playground effect. Macro enthusiasts will find nudibranchs aplenty and everyone will find something to catch their interest.
