Dive Site: Umhalhala

Location: Fury Shoals, Marsa Alam

Description: Reef with small wreck

Depth: 18 metres (60 feet)

Visibility: 30 metres (100 feet)

Rating: ***

The zodiac took us to the reef and dropped us over a number of ergs. Here there were lots of table corals and clownfish in their anemones. A slight current was felt around the ergs we were exploring. We also saw a large Red Sea grouper and lots of chocolate dips. This was the last dive of the day so it was nice to come up to the sun setting but a little chilly.
