Dive Site: The Church

Location: Desroches Island, Seychelles

Description: Reef dive from a boat

Depth: 30 metres (100 feet)

Visibility: 12 metres (40 feet)

We descended through a hole in the reef and came out at the bottom to find a cave. Inside was a ray on the sand. We then dived along the reef to the right and saw snappers, trevallies, unicornfish and nudibranchs. When we ascended to the top of the reef there were lots of little reef fish, nudibranchs, baby scorpionfish and crabs in the coral. We dived in April and the water was very warm - 30 degrees.
